3. Constant taunts to people on authority

4. False accusations(on an admin on this case)

The channel is not controlled by someone from our designation. The current channel key is being held by Cala-kun. If you can get him, ask him to pass ownsership/foundership to you, or to any admin, then commence moderation.
Of course, anybody who frequents the chan would be a good representative.

Mickle is actually Me(or me[dot] on IRC) and Kimitsutoko in guise. I’ve been eyeing them for sometime now, and it seems that my supervision has succeeded. Him being a staffer would be voided since he can’t access the forums in any way.
